Hanging Patterned Wallpaper

Start all over patterns at a window and work away as described in the hanging wallpaper instructions. Large patterned coverings should be centered on the chimneybreast or if the room has two adjacent windows between them. When trimming lengths for patterned wallpaper please ensure you have allowed enough room for the pattern repeat.

This could mean the lengths may need to be for example, up to 500mm longer. The pattern repeat can be found on the label.

If in doubt it may be best to cut and hang one length before cutting the next. Then you can hold the roll up, match the pattern and mark before cutting. When hanging the second length ensure to match the pattern at eye level all down the wall.
